    Question is guys, will I have trouble getting a job in the future with another company because my company only driving autos and I'm not that great with manual yet?

    Quit worrying.You're learning how to drive,back,trip plan read maps,logs everything pertaining to trucking.If you can't remember how to drive a 10 speed you will still get hired and all you'll have to do is go out with a trainer or another driver for a week or two and that's it just to learn how to shift.
