Read a few posts about them, all were positive. Holland Enterprises trucks are set up just as good. Hometime isn't the same though. Lessors Inc. is also set up right for the driver.

I currently drive for Nussbaum and live in the extended hiring areas (Boston, MA). They could get me home every couple weeks though I only ask for once every 6 weeks or so. They have in cab fifth wheel releases but the tandem releases are still on the trailers but mostly push button as opposed to the every stuck/bent/broken handle to pull. Minimum is $1050, before taxes of course, though I've only seen it once in my last six weeks. I've been over $1200 for more than a couple.
Company-wise they are great. Very easy to get repairs done, and they do believe in reasonable preventative maintinance. When you are at the terminal they have company cars you can usually use to run errands while you are being repaired or if you are there for the night, a walking trail, bean bag toss setup and even a stocked pond you can fish in (with a fishing license). They cover up to two blue beacon washes a month and have a power washing company on site at the terminal often.
They are big enough to keep me moving almost non-stop, as hours allow of course, but small enough that the CEO remembers my name when he sees me at the terminal. The only problem I've had so far was that Delta ruined my luggage on my way to orientation last year.
