    Chicago is known for questionable 1099 opportunities...I'm sure some of them offer high cpm but probably a crapshoot as to what you'll encounter.

    I've talked to several drivers who said they get consistent miles at GP Transco, I think they're based out of there?

    Gp tranco uses local drivers to run into Chicago.
    They pay hourly,for these positions.
    They save the otr drivers money,since paying by the mile would suck through Chicago.
    Otr guys drop most loads at the terminal in Joliet and keep rolling.
