They wern't any better back in the 70's, maybe worse. I know a few that had five or more different names, while still working out of the same building with the same employees.

I don't need the insurance....BOC-3.....I have my own authority...

I'd be happy to run good loads and give up 12% to the broker.....

I can guarantee I'll keep the left door shut....

I understand brokering is more than just "phone calls"....but there more than few brokers out there that have no problem taking 25-40% off the top.......

Not only that....Diesel is averaging $3.20/g.......Those $1/m loads tarped and have several picks and drops are just bull sheyat.....

Not only that.....If you are Cali based carrier....You have to run at a disadvantage to the rest of the country....There is a little entity there called CARB.....In a year or so..Every Cali based carrier will have to comply....that kind of puts a damper on be able to run those cheap loads.....

Every company was new at some time. I'm assuming this is a startup, and are planning on factoring their bills to get money to pay the O/Os and to operate on. This is Ok until a few people don't pay, and then back charge to the carrier.

It would probably be better to start out with local O/Os, and have only maybe 5-8 trucks at first in order to make sure the business plan works out as planned.

You guys are still messing with a scammer.

DL that insurance doc and look at it. They don't even have valid insurance with the DOT.
    Unless I'm reading it wrong.
