I’d talk about using 30 min off-duty driving effectively, with plausible deniability... but I don’t want to get the people with pitchforks after my ###!

If only.

If your anniversary is June 30th, you don’t tell your travel agent that you want to be home on the 30th, because if the travel agent gets you home on the 30th, it’s at 11:55pm. If you live in Pensacola, your travel agent will get you a load to Miami...it’s Florida, right?
Instead, tell the travel agent that you need to get home on the 27th. That way, when all the loads going towards the house disappear, and the travel agent tries to send you the other way, or deliver a couple local loads, or any of the other BS games, refuse all loads.
“But Six, I am a company driver...I can’t refuse loads.”
You know that agreement that you made, to run a certain amount of time and then get your home time , hold them to it. They won’t fire you. You lived up to your end of the bargain, make them hold their end up.
