Is the fan running backwards? It's a silly question but have a reason for asking

Did you check the fuse and ground?

As stated it could be a fuse or bad ground. If you are handy with a multimeter then that could be figured out pretty quick

I didn't check the ground the relay I changed before it stopped working before it only worked in high and would cut on and off cause it would make the relay hot where would the ground be at

I read somewhere that peterbilts have a constant hot on the blower motor and the fan control is switching ground. So you can take a testlight or voltmeter and check the wires going to the blower and see if one of them has constant power.

I did that but it seems to be very weak power going to it I did it with Testlight of course

Could be a bad wire. Check at the fuse and see if you have good power there.

I figured it changed the fuse and still didn't work so I called a buddy of mine and he told me to get behind the fuse block and check the wires and clean back there cause a lot of dirt and crap get back there and sure enough had a bad sore so just fixed it and it worked!!! Thanks guys for y'all help!!
