I think @LBZ is right the price could be a little better on the Wally Mo. Maybe low 40's?

Check for rust & cracks in all the obvious places. Check for rust flaking inside the rails. The new tires are probably the cheapest round black tire like items they could find, but you may luck out & get something decent under there.

The Wally Mo conversion was done to save weight. There was a deck coming forward off the tandems where you may be able to get a small car in there to get to a full 8 cars. Problem was the tandems were always over weight.
They have a new design at Wally Mo that puts the extra car right over the fifth wheel at the front of the trailer. Though 8/9 cars on a high mount is always going to be trailer axle heavy.

For reference on the price. In 2011 I could have bought a 2007 Wally Mo 7 car stack custom used at a dealer in TX for $48,000. Do not remember if it was self contained? Regardless, it was a 4 year old 7 car trailer in good shape & did not need anything. Just throwing that out there for comparison. New one that year if I remember correctly would have been around $60,000.

    Terry270 Thanks this.
