Ran an overhead about 3 weeks ago. found what could have been a major issue, fixed it. (one end of cam was resting on one of the spacers on each side of the injector arm. tightened down and smashed.) After overhead I'm getting a big puff of gray smoke on start up. MPG is up, runs strong, but don't like the smoke. It also smells funny...pretty technical, I know. Any thoughts?
Also, the specs we got from our local shop gave what I would see as really vague specs for the injectors. tighten to 71 in lbs, and then back off 1-2 turns. That is quite the variation. Anyone have any experience on dialing that in a bit more precise?
