2000 Volvo VNL hazard problem

    When I press the hazard switch it only flashes the passenger side. Drivers side works when using the turn signal stalk.

    Verified that it's not the hazard switch or turn signal switch.

    I mean it has to be a break in the wiring between the hazard switch and turn signal switch right? What else could it be?
