2000 Volvo VNL Instrument Cluster Problems

Just Had a question for you. I know it's an old post buy I've been having trouble with my 99 VNL sometimes the gauges get wacky and there are 3 things that always trigger this even with the truck running at a standstill. Turning the heater blower on after a few will cause the radio and heater to cut out, and the radiator fan would kick on and stay on, sometimes the wipers too and the gauges get wacky. I saw a few you tube videos that it was a broken wire in the main harness. Wondering if you had that issue with that truck? Thanks for the reply back in advance.
