2001 ch613 460 needs more torque

is it a straight 460 or a 460E, have you spoke to your dealer about getting a hotter file either one for high alt. or flash it to a 460XT thats around 490 or a better hp, after if thats a no go your left with ecm tunning or bigger injectors

 

I drove an 01 with the 460 E-7 for a while. It was a dog at high altitude but was fine on flat ground. However it had 3:73 rears, that may have been part of it.

 

What transmission do you have?

460's or 460XT's really need 13 or 18 speeds to keep the R's up in the 1600 - 1800 range.

Also the local dealer should be able to verify programming. If you do not have the latest data file, a simple download might cure it.
