If that works, see if any of those pins are grounded. @Star Rider mentioned petes working on a ground. They did on the earlier trucks.
Key on, A/C switch on, you should a ground. A/C switch off, yoy should lose that groundbjytech Thanks this. -
Yes petes work on a grounding system.
Pin 30 on the relay goes straight to the clutch so jump your power on 87 to 30 and it should kick it in.Big Road Skateboard Thanks this. -

Learned a lot during this process. It all makes a lot more sense now. Thank you all for the help. After getting a test light and doing some more testing I found out the ac comp relay wasn’t getting a ground. After tracing all the wires and trying a couple things, it wound up being the low pressure switch is bad.
resolved this issue and was excited. Just to be completely disapointed, turns out the ac compressor is bad. At least I’m assuming. It’s hard to turn by hand, the pulley spins no problem and isn’t binding the belt. I had done an ohm check on the compressor and it was fine. But the first time I gave it power it blew the fuse instantly. Tried a couple things and no matter what as soon as I hit the ac switch the associated fuse blows.
