If you can get the blowers working. Then I would consider having someone maybe charge the A/C if it is not working. I use a radiator shop in my area and their rate is like $80/hr compared to $100+.

    PacManTrap Thanks this.

In a international you have three fuse boxes that I know of. Their is one in front of the dash from the passenger seat, another under the hood near the fire wall on the drivers side and of course the bunk box which is typically where they install the qualcom cables an such with the modem it is connected to. Is their no fuse box in the side box of your truck under the bunk? Should have a pop off cover around it. That is my best advice to locate it, but peterbilts probably have a different layout. Pretty sure that 579 I was in had a bunk fuse box as well.

No fuse panel in my 97 379 63" bunk, I have to unscrew a panel under the mattress on the right side of the bunk, gives full access to the heat, A/C unit. I've had the blower quit once, it turned out to be a bad connection on the blower and it sort of melted the wire connector a little. I have the correct connectors and crimping tool to replace it like factory and problem solved.

There is also a removable metal panel in the right luggage compartment but, doesn't give as much access as the under mattress panel.
