The lock nut keeps coming loose, or the wires are coming unplugged?

Breakers are most defiantly wear items, usually not thought of until times like now.

The frequency in which it was happening was increasing, last night last night got the best of me so I pulled over on the shoulder of the road and played fuse box roulette, for the rest of the night that seemed to work, both the black cube relay and the flat skinny one were pretty warm....wondering if they were just getting old/weak?

It's normal for a relay to feel warm.

Have you pulled the fuse panel back and looked at the back side? Guy I'm leased to has had to rewire three w9's. The windshield leaks, runs down the backside. They didn't know they were leaking. One truck you turn the a/c on the trailer lights would go out.

The W900's we had in the fleet, along with the T-800's, were notorious for this problem. Actually, headlights and fender mounted turn signals also. It was most commonly (95%) the Weatherpack connector where the hood meets the frame, or the poorly routed wiring on the inside of the hood going to the headlights and turn signals.

Good Luck Hunting! Chasing ghosts are so much fun....

Mine turned out to be a ground on the block. Felt around and that ground was warm.
