At beginning start was difficult by malfunction of electrical fuel priming pump after tank refilled from empty. Then it worsen for a week even still fuel in the tank. Fuel was forced by high pressured air from air compressor into tank for starting aid. Now cranking but no combustion and can not be started. No smoke through exhaust pipe during cranking. All measurement are same voltages between high and low sides on all injectors either between injector and frame key in drive position. MID128 SID 78 FMI 5, MID128 PPID122 FMI 5, MID128 SID18 FMI 5, MID128 PID 94, FMI 4 codes are shown. Also we had incorrect connection on batteries and little blown by short circuit. What would be damaged by this?

Well if the batteries were hooked up wrong maybe fried the ECM? Also I think there's a smaller fuse on the positive cable itself that if fails will shut the truck off.
