I know this post is old but i will try any ways..
    I have a 2004 sterling lt9500 pre egr,this truck sat for a while(months) i drove 450 and the truck wouldn't pass 45mph,i finally made it home,so far i have done the following:
    Replace fuel filter
    Air filter
Check for any leaks and nothing
    Oil change
.. i add 1 gallon of lukas on each tank and it seems that it got better.. but truck won't pass 55mph the engine start like starving for fuel.. hook to a computer and no injector codes or any think at all
I also replace the trotle body...
And the cylinder that is attach to it..
Than i took a local shop where they have a better computer and no signs of any problems..they check; throttle body, speed sensor and etc.. once we removed all fuel lines they where bad.. they all have algae and the fuel tank splitter was really dirty.. tomorrow will install new hoses and see what happens... but can anyone here give any idea or kind me in any direction? 450hp.. thank you

Sounds like a fuel restriction problem.
I think you may be on the right track with replacing the fuel lines.
Also make sure the fuel tank pickups are not plugged up or restricted with algae.

Hey thanks for replying.. tomorrow i will put the results here, a small note.
When i have my foot all the way down the truck seems to choke, but if i take my foot of just a little it seems like is ready to go faster.. i also replace the boost sensor ,did a inspection on turbo and is good
