HeavyD I am having a problem with 2006 Sterling Truck when I turn the lights or heat on all the gauges go crazy. any advice?
Usually bad grounds or starving for power due a bad connection will cause this. I don't work on Sterlings too much. You would be better to ask this in the Freightliner section.
I know this is same old thread But the message center in dash has this I would like to know what it means 128:F 14 PID084_A 2007 9400I C15 Cat
The LCD display in 9000 and 5000 series is not a code reader and it doesn't display fault codes. What you are seeing are fault messages, not fault codes. That is more like engineering data and digital information received on the datalink. That is not a fault code that can be properly searched. If you have a check engine light then you need to connect a proper scan tool to it.
I knew u said it was a message center I have beep in dash no fault code no light U hit bump it beeps but not fault now the speed speedometer when u flip to high side pegs out back to zero then to correct mph I can see that beep the other has no clue also I going to call this a voltage spike the tach spike up couple 100 rpms I have cleaned all grounds and as usual thanks for your help you very good at what you do
