2005 9200i no marker or dash lights

Hello, I have a 2005 9200i that I recently purchased. My headlights turn signals and brake lights work but I have no dash light or marker lights. I tried replacing fuses relays and even the switches. I have power to both the headlight switch and trailer marker light switch. When I turn on trailer marker lights my voltage drops. Please help I’m at a loss.
