2005 Great Dane Air Tank Question

    Hissing noise inside air tank, when I pull down on this handle it stops, but only when I have my hand on it. Will this be an issue during a DOT inspection?

    Was told it's the leveling valve that inflates the trailer airbags.

    That’s what it is....There’s rubber grommets it sits in at both ends...It’s likely they’re worn out...by what your describing
    Probably should just replace entire arm

    The valve itself is what’s leaking. Get a new valve. May or may not come with a new arm. Might need to re use yours. Measure height, and adjust arm on new valve to match. The arms end sits on a pivot point, it’s slotted at the bolt. Loosen bolt to adjust height.
