I have a 2005 freightliner m2 that I’ve acquired and it has developed a issue after sitting around for a year. With battery hooked up and all switches in off position the flashers flash and the right side head light burns. The signals on the dash are not flashing as they are on but if I put turn signal on it signals on dash as it should. It also has tractor abs light on all the time and a buzzer continuous. I went to pull codes and noticed a noj1939 so I’ve done some reading and I think that’s needs adressed first as it could possibly fix most of my issues if not all. So at C&d pins I only have 21 ohms. I found one terminating resistor under dash it checked at 120ohms but have yet to find the other. I did find water intrusion and bad corrosion on the bottom plug on the module in the frame rail right behind driver seat. I cleaned all that best I could and put back together. So I’m needing a little help finding other resistor so I can check it before replacing a rather expensive module on a hope and a prayer. Note: everywhere I ohmed 1939 I got 21 ohms.
Truck had two abs faults and two ecu faults but I thought i should fix 1939 issue first? Thanks in advance for any help y’all have to offer.

Your lights sound like a short in the harness, trace the voltage backwards with a test light.
