My bunk heater does not turn on. There are times it will work. When I have the ignition in the on position the fan will come on but it won't go from hot to cold. When the truck is idling it will change from hot and cold. When the truck is off it won't turn on and right now it just won't turn on for anything. I have to remove the fuse and then replace it to work or I have to do a reset by removing the panel and removing the wires then replacing them for it to work sometimes. When I first got the truck the panel would beep constantly then I did the reset and it stopped. Anyone know the issue?

It only a bunk heater it only works with the truck running it also alarm clock. It not an APU what you need is Espar or Webesto heater which you do not have.

Just the bunk heater is around 1500 but they save so much money. They are 995 in the box these work well and have a quick pay back

first thing, when it dose start up, is there any heavily white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe, if so. start with the fuel filter first. could be starving for fuel, next run kerosene through the system for about a hour. this will burn off any diesel carbon that could be built up on the igniter. Kerosene run hotter then diesel, and cleaner.
