The only truck our company owns are KW's

    We have 4 W900's 2 of them tridems and 8 T800's 1 of them a tridem.

My T800 gets 4mpg but that is also an average load of 100,000lbs.

My complaints on them, I don't really have any, great turn radius, like not having a hood in front of my vision, some say the cooling isn't great but you can get them with the second largest radiator in that KW makes.

All in all love the T800 wouldn't want to drive any other truck.

A T8 has a wider hood than the T6, and with outside air cleaners it'll probably get a little worse MPGs. How ever the interior is the same, T6, T8 or W9.

I just don't like the hood. I don't like the way it looks and I don't like the headlights set back into the fenders like they do. It does turn good though. Mine doesn't have the air cleaners. It had (i'm not driving it anymore) a 475hp cat with a ten speed and it got a whoping 5mpg. But it was geare dall wrong for a cat. it was a nice truck but was speced out way wrong.

I just feel the t600 hood is more refined and nicr looking with the full skirts on it. And it does get allot better fuel mileage
