I’ve put 3 belts on this truck and it keeps eating them up all pulleys seem to be good. Any advice?

Pulleys good? Like condition-wise? Usually when belts shred its due to an alignment issue. Have you changed any belt driven components recently? What about mounting bracket condition for things like the alternator, A/C compressor etc? Sometimes brackets will break and a component will come out of alignment.

If the pulleys are not directly lined up with each other the belt will get tore up. The edges of the belt should not touch the side of any pulley.

    AModelCat Thanks this.

The dealership just put a new tensioner pulley on it so maybe that’s the problem.
