2006 volvo d12d injector problem

You are correct about possibility harness problem
But when I change injector
Harness good for year time and then start do the problem
Fuel mileage on truck good
No oil no coolant consumption

 

Unplug ECU and see if you got oil in it. Very simple job and you would eliminate one thing.

Before problem with cylinder ,was over 7mpg heavy load Northeast
Checked today wires at computer
Looks good ,no oil

What about the connector at the cylinder head?

 

I don’t now about connector at cylinder head on this engine
Wires going from head to computer without any more connection
If I am correct

7 mpg wow im @ 5.8 to 6.2 if im lucky 1.64 million on my d12d with a 13 spd and 3.55 rears im in the
northeast also

 

6cuda6 are you talking about connectors to the injectors under valve cover
