2006 volvo d12d injector problem

I'm having same problem with my 06 d12d.it shows injector #6 electrical fault active. I've replaced engine harness a week ago thinking it's the problem but I guess it's not

 

engine harness or injector harness..?

The injector harness is known to get hot oil into the plugs.

You can also swap injector #6 with (I beleave) its injector 1 or 3 and see if the fault followed the injector if it does then it's the injector if not then it's the injector harness

I had the same thing happen..

 

Do you remember what that costed you? To have a dealer do it or did you do it yourself.

 

I had the dealer do it.
Didn't remember the the cost. It was 3-4 hrs
