2007-08 KW T800 Radio swap help?!!

I used this harness from BestBuy when upgrading the audio system in my '07 T600.

Here is the diagram if you'd rather save $14 and spend some time splicing. Google "ISO 10487" for other variants if this one isn't easy for you to read. You can see the alignment pin position will differentiate the speaker plug from the other one.On the power plug, probe with a DVOM to find the 12v+ pin and index the rest off of that. On the speaker side, you can find a pair using DVOM set to ohms and listen for the scratching noise to figure out which speaker, then use the diagram.

 

I drive a 2008 T800 With a stock radio. Purchased a wire harness for an 86 VW Jetta. 10 Min Later my New JVC media receiver was installed. Was a perfect match!
