2007 Freightliner hood problem

The hood appears to have moved forward. I can not see anything out of the ordinary up around the hinges
However back when the rubber latches are the fiberglass is wearing a whole from rubbing and the rubber stoppers do not line up with the hood stops. Any ideas ?
Have not run into anything something has broke or moved out of adjustment.

Update
Nothing broken just a bad batch of glue used on hood to bond panels together.
And Freightliner will not warranty anything.
