I don't figure that its how fast you get it done: but how well you get it done. Sounds like an interesting project! Look forward to seeing the final result.

    dunctrk379 Thanks this.

Well for now I'm going to gather parts needed as I can get them. The motor is my next objective for now. But I will get painting done as soon as it is possible so that this summer heat will dry the paint and be cured very well before ever getting to use this truck. It may end up being so darn good looking to me I may not want to drive it hahahaha.

Awesome project! Mind if I ask where you picked it up? I've been looking around for a good project truck.

Thanks bigeazy. Sorry for late reply. I just got back last night from cow run to texas. I may be considering selling the 18 I bought and getting a complete truck so I will have motor, tranny, wheels n tires, and maybe 3:55 rears. I have noticed the price of pete 387's and kenworth t200's are cheap enough to strip so I can kill 4 or 5 birds with one stone.

Thanks everyone for such great support. I will be gettting started soon and no I didnt win lottery but OH how nice it would be. Oh thats right I live in alabama there is no lottery here because of all the lil ole ladys that thought it was such a bad idea at the time when it came up in voting. Well anyway I will have many pics for everyone to see because my wife cant stop taking pics all the time so I will take advantage of her liking to take pics all the time(hahahaha).

No pics yet fellas but the parts are going to start flying in starting monday, headlights, tuesday trip to kansas for complete motor, going to salvage yard soon to find some other parts to swap out breather to have matching set and a few other things. As soon as i can start making some progress with painting then the parts will start to jump on it.
