    I am planning on buying one of the US Express, 2007 VNL 780's. It has the VED 12 and 10 speed automatic tranny. The company I will lease to only accepts trucks with 100 gallons of fuel and driver at 19,500 pounds. Does anyone know what the basic weight with 100 gals of fuel would be. Or just the basic weight as the fuel would be approximately 700 pounds itself.

    The weight on this truck is a little over 17,000 lbs. A 100 gallons is gallons x 6. The 780 u listed will work.
