Posted this in a different spot wanted to try again .

I have a 2007 Volvo vnl the radiator fan won't stay engaged with the AC on so the high side pegs the 350 mark and cuts the compressor off. The research I've seen says the high-side switch controls that wondering if it's a two-part switch because they switch works and cuts the compressor off at 350 fan clutch works when you first start it and if the temperature gets to 210 it will kick in and bring it back down so I don't think it's a clutch issue. Anybody familiar with this? Any information is appreciated.

put a paper clip in the pressure switch. see if that makes fan come on.

Volvo has binary switch, don't use paper clips. One switch for low and high pressure. try to replace switch it's not expensive. You don't need to bleed system, it's Shredder valve under switch.
    Check wires and plug.

Also check the ac module inside and make sure someone set the parameter for fan to run with ac.
