2008 386 ignition problems

Got a 2008 386. With key in ON position windows work and go down and up, wipers work, blower for heat a/c works. Now the fun part. When u start it everything that worked doesn't. Replaced ignition switch. Checked fuses and relays. Even put new batteries on the truck. Now with it started, if u turn the key over slowly like ur starting it again right before the starter engages everything will work.
