Cost you about 699.00 for a window frame on your W9 if it has a boot, aero cab cost a little more for curved piece which will give you a little storage behind seat.
Total cost depends if you do the work yourself; Fibertech can help you out.
Quick math/memory on some items I priced for this, W9 2007.
    2900.00.
Parts, some labor, AC cab blocking supplies etc.
Bagged the job, went a different route, few years ago.

Roberts450, Look for a fiberglass tank outfit, are boat building place. Once you frame in your cab they can spray fiberglass on, and add gel coat after for a smooth finish.

Found pic I had for W9. Was also in talks for one like this to replace my 42 flattop on T800. Was going to cut cab, then back of this piece out and add 48" plus a mid roof. Really just needed the mounts and shape of aero frame to add on bigger sleeper. Would have made my 800 a 52" mid-roof sleeper. Local tank outfit was going to spray fiberglass on my frame, after install I would dressed out interior.
6000.00, for project, not counting interior. Am up for an in frame so I bagged project, and i lost my weekly run to some still on paper.

If that ISX is a CM871, run my friend, and don’t look back. You’ll thank me in the end, I promise you. This guy is trying to hand-off the money-pit to you. And in trade, getting a reliable truck from you. My personal experience with the 871 has nearly bankrupted me, and was the single worst investment I’ve ever made.

No way I’d get rid of the truck you already own for something with an ISX!!!

And this is coming from someone with an ISX truck. They are fine but......
