Can you explain about this a little more. What do you mean?

 

Also what's the wheel base length on this t660.

 

What suspension is it equipped with?

What phone #? I don't see one posted. Usually this is info you should post up so you don't get a bunch of calls to find out the specs of the truck instead of recieaving calls with offers.

 

Re-gen system. . . when i say this i am referring to the DPF (diesel particulate filter) having to be cleaned, this filter catches particulates in the exhaust system. The truck has to pull over and park, then a re-gen is initiated, which sets the idle very high (1400-1500) till the sensor detects the flow out the filter is within the preset range.

Now imagine if you will, with all the other constraints on a driver, on any given day, let's pull over and sit for 20 minutes.

Personally, I avoided this for some time by telling my DM I preferred an '07 with miles on it versus the new trucks.

 

A few miles.... I dunno, It's black and that's going to be HOT down south in the summer. If it was cared for and driven gently it could be a good deal. Don't count on that, it was probably having problems that frustrated the last owner into trading it off.

It's a gamble, could go one way or the other..

 

Ok. I understand now. Didnt come to my head as the dpf system. Im feeling a little numb now. Is it possible to take that whole system of and delete it?

I own a 2000 t600 with a 2ws 3406 in it, I'm looking for a t660 with a blown motor or front end damage so I can swap my own in it. If the price was right I'd take this motor out and put a pre accert motor in it. 7cz or a 6nz something that doesn't give you head aches to work on.

 

Search on here, seen one a while back, lots of info.

 

Been looking a lot of places. Would be best if KW sold a glider.

Blacks not bad it's well insulated. Gets hot in every truck if your sitting still more than driving.
