Who is doing the work? Did they check the injectors?

Throwing parts at it only makes you poor.

Local repair shop. They said injectors are ok. My next step will be injectors or timing gears.

I think the best is to find local junkyard and just get rid of it

It's injectors don't mess with timing gears but have dealer do injectors they are known to go bad so it's worth having the warranty on them

Socal Xpress and GeorgeStoenchev Thank this.

I think much wiser to find competent mechanic that knows how to fix.

Throwing parts at the truck without proper diagnosis costs you allot of $$$$ and wasted time....

    Socal Xpress Thanks this.

With that many miles, fuel lines are a maint item. They're not expensive to replace either..

Sucking air bubbles while the engine is under a load is a common problem with old fuel lines....

GeorgeStoenchev and Socal Xpress Thank this.

I know you said its not a sensor but I would replace both the oil pressure and crankcase sensors they can cause problems.

I have replaced crankcase sensor not long time ago. Yesterday I have dropped it at Volvo dealer and they have no idea what happened with the engine.I will give you some update when i know more.
