    I setup a quick serve account, but thank you. I am wondering if part of the issue is the snap on scanner, I’ll have to see if I can get the computer that has the Cummins insite software and try that, as well as some of the diagnostic in that pdf.

    Will do! I’m doubtful that insite will be able to do it if the snap on scanner couldn’t, but I could be wrong, and it’s worth a shot.
