I have had limited time to work on this unit. What I have discovered is on the ignition relay in the power distribution box, the grey wire that is marked 1512 is maintaining 3.8 volts with the switch off. Can anyone tell me where that wire terminates? The diagrams I have received, I am unable to read any of the numbers. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.
The grey wire from pin 86 of relay 1 should be label 439A and 1512. This is a spliced wire. One end is going to pin 3 of ECM and the other is to the SAM CAB but first passed through that 12 pin firewall connector that Rocketyman posted earlier on pin 5 on its way to the SAM CAB connector 1A pin 18 which is a 21 pin connector.
