Why does my air conditioner run every time my sleeper fan is on? There’s is no a/c switch in the sleeper control panel like the 9900s had. It’s very annoying when trying to sleep in the dead of winter with the heat going and the engine fan kicks on and off all night long.

Do you have the defroster on in the front? The 2012 Int I drove kicked the a/c on when I turned the defrost on.
-
No, it does it without the defrost on. I can turn the sleeper fan off and just run the front on fresh air/heat and the compressor will stay off, but as soon as I turn the sleeper fan on at all, the a/c compressor kicks in. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen.

might be due to fresh air ventilation?
-
How would that cause the a/c to come on?
-
the a/c comes on, anytime the defroster comes on, to "defog" the inside of the glass.
fresh air ventilation is nothing new, many manufactures have been doing this for years now. so yes, the a/c may be on and running, but in defog mode.....but of course, it will still feel cold.
this could have been an added safety feature, to cut down on illness or death, should the exhaust system be leaking under the sleeper.
this might be explained in the owners manual, either one that you have in a storage bin, or online?
