I’m looking for the starter relay on a 2011 Peterbilt 387.
I have found 2 fuse box locations.
1) Behind glovebox
2) Sleeper compartment inside passenger side access door.
I do not have a fuse box on firewall on passenger side or driver side.
I do not have a fuse box under dash by where a clutch pedal would be. (I have an automatic)
Any ideas?

Check and see if it's really in park. The system is very pickie when it comes to that position. Another option is disconnecting all batteries to let system reset. Then try again after reconnecting batteries.

Does it crank? Or doesn’t do anything when you turn the key?

Just found out from a dealer the starter relay may be behind the instrument cluster. Supposedly because it’s an automatic it doesn’t have the fuse box under the hood. Im going to check that now

I have never seen a 387 without a chassis load center RH side under hood right below the air cleaner. Not saying your wrong. Just never seen it. I can look into VIN specific schematics tomorrow if needed.
