2011 vnm200 d13 vec sensor fault

    Just bought a 2011 d13 vnm200 with basic ishift tranny.
    It keeps throwing a "vec fault" code.
    When that happens the abs light for tractor comes on.
    It doesnt seem to affect the truck and it goes away when i turn truck off and then back on.

    Whats going on with this ? Should i be worried?

    dont be to worried this is probably the front radar for adaptive cruise that is having the problems.

    Thank you for the reply. Is this something i can disable? Can i just remove it, the distance alert is super annoying

    not anymore volvo used to be able to do it but not because of safety concerns they will not touch it anymore.
