I have a 2012 348 that is stuck in defrost mode. I changed the actuator, not sure it’s the correct one as the original was a 2 pin plug and the one I was sold is a 3 pin. Any suggestions would be helpful.
One of my trucks did that. Turned out to be one of the little doors that open and close to block the flow of air from one place to another, was broken and not moving. So no matter what I selected on the control, all I got was defrost. It was a small nightmare to tear it all apart to fix it.
