2012 367 help

Howdy - long time lurker here.

have a 2012 367 driver stated hvac controls in cab lost power completely, as well as the green lights on switches to left (Jake & cruise) to signify it being on.
Jake’s and cruise work fine just no green light when on.

had him stop by a shop real quick to look at it because he’s 1200 miles from home now, they were zero help.
I’m thinking a relay or fuse somewhere and those green lights just happen to be tied into the same circuit.
About to run to the yard and start pulling fuses and relays on my truck until I can create the same scenario.

any guesses?
Would any of the relays/fuses behind cluster be involved. I’m positive they didn’t check those at alll.
