Change your sensors ASAP! How much mileage on the truck? Change the intake manifold air pressure sensor, the delta-p sensor, the exhaust back pressure sensor and maybe the dpf differential sensor. These sensors get bogged down with soot and can’t read right. Replace em’ then see what’s going on, maybe then clean your filters

Also: take the mixing pipes off the delta p sensor / Venturi pipe and clean em out with carb n choke cleaner. Those pipes are responsible for reporting differential pressure and their only about 3/8 OD in diameter, they get packed with soot too. Can’t report the pressures right, which makes the system not burn the filters right and etc

6 year old truck. If it hasn't had the aftertreatment system serviced its probably due. The DPF needs to be cleaned out/exchanged at around 4000ish hours (don't know the exact specs).

    Heavyd Thanks this.
