2012 Cascadia Dd13 missing at lower rpm

Have a 12 model cascadia w dd13 it missing at lower rpm in a pull, it give code of CAB 33 and system 25? Anyone familiar

That CAB 33 is not related to engine.
its hard to say what is the problem. DL must be hooked up to see fuel pressures at lower rpm...
