2012 Cascadia DD15 Loosing Throttle Response

    I have a 2012 Cascadia with the original DD15 swapped with a new one from 2016 Cascadia (manual). EGR deleted.
    Truck started having poor/no throttle response recently, especially noticeable when trying to rev up from idle RPMs. Pumping the a-pedal helps bring the rpms up and its all good from there. No check engine lights an no codes. Engine sounds healthy and pulls well.

    You can’t delete the egr on a dd15 unless you want a early rebuild it’s too integral to the tuning and honestly causes almost no issues.. other stuff doesn’t affect longevity.. this advice was from two great tuners who have problem free customers.. other brands they use block off plates but won’t on a dd15
