2012 Dura-star 4400 aftertreatment problems...

    After putting back together, I got about 8,000 miles before I had to do a regen, then 528, and now about 500 miles? Im not noticed any passive reven smoke going down the road. When I stopped to do parked regen, light went out? I kept driving.
    As hot as it's been, the truck has been idling over night with ac on. Could the doser valve have clogged that quick from idling?

    I highly doubt it. It's really only a guessing game unless you get the computer on it to see what is going on. Check your tubes on the dpf to make sure they are tight and the little flex hoses are in good shape.

    Yeah, those small tubes on the dpf that sense the pressure before and after it.

    Dealer says i should have had ecm recalibrated when dpf/doc was cleaned?
