I have the same issue, and the shop replace the filter and reset it, and done but if keeps coming, I hear the doser is the next thing to check or the sensor, check the wires.....

 

What is the price on the sensor and where is located... Thanks

 

Check to bake sure your DEF isn't contaminated. There can Also be Def buildup under the doser inside the one box. You are going through Def right? Your metering unit can be plugged as well.

There are 2 nox sensors, one on top of the one box and one at the one box outlet

 

This Isometric drawing has 7 pictures or Figures. Some are for the one box on a Cascadia EPA10 vehicle. EPA10 should be a DD13 or DD15. It also has Drawings for the two box system for the GHG14 vehicle which I believe is cummins ISX but may include others. There are numbers with the sensor named and arrows with numbers to indicate where each is in the drawing. You have to be familiar enough with your system to pick which figure is right for your vehicle and match your vehicle to the correct figure. I hope this helps. I have been digging into my own DEF and DPF issues and have saved a lot of these documents when I come across them.
