Recently purchased a truck 2012 international 4400 with maxxforce dt. Notice it sluggish and lacked bottom end power. Twice it seemed as if it we got full power Reving out with power for a minute or two then goes back to being sluggish. Cleans turbo front housing and blades from coked oil as well as flushed water to air intercooler between the small and big turbo. Ran truck for a while seem sluggish then all of a sudden all the power came back for a while, parked truck for a bit started it up drove for 10 minutes on full power then truck just went back to no bottom end power. Truck has no codes or anything

Try a new air filter, fuel filters fresh oil, do not use Baldwin. Disconnect the exhaust before the DOC and retry to see if DPF/DOC is plugged up. Did you clean both turbos? Remove and clean intake manifold pressure sensor. Sometimes the intake heater grid is plugged with carbon. If it's been sitting for a while, may have poor fuel in it.

The intake throttle valve can act up and for some reason not turn on the engine light.
I have seen this more than once. Check the fuel pressure at the pump as well.
If I remember correctly it should be 80 to 105 PSI. -
I cleaned both turbo housings, flushed the intercooler between hp and lp turbos. Truck ran sluggish as usual Friday night. Yesterday it ran sluggish for i while then it got full power, parked truck for a while then started it back up truck ran with full power for about 15minutes then when to being sluggish.
