We deleted the egr and dpf last year and worked fine but then I started to have trouble turning it on, I had to leave the ignition switch open for like a minute and worked fine, now the abs and TC lights are on and won' start it says electrical fault no codes, I tried with another ECM and worked perfect but lights on dash won't come off, don't know what to do anymore, please help

Just because the ECM was deleted does not make it immune to going bad. Sounds like, from your vague description, that truck would not start until you replaced ECM with known working one? If so then you diagnosed defective ECM correctly. You will need to have image and parameters copied from bad ECM to good one.

This is probably not related but I recently read somewhere about a frayed wire in the wiring harness where it enters into the cab on the steering side was a known problem and it will result in an ABS TC error code.
