Sounds like a bad tune... Many parameters that have to be looked at. I would say you are living on borrowed time.

That is in the back of my head ofc. But as plan D. It started quite some time after the retune. I really have my mind set on that it's a exhaust/ turbo/ turbo control issue, but that doesn't make it real.

Never seen a cracked air to air or split boot cause fluctuating erratic boost. Usually once it breaks open, that's it. Now, if all my talking on this thread simply wasting your time, I can gladly stop wasting mine and move on.

No, ofc not. I'm not sure what offended you, but that would be the opposite of what I meant. The last reply was to the other guy who commented.

O nvm, I thought that was you who said all this talk... But it was another.

Yep, not you. I always value everyone's input, but I have no time for know-it-alls.

Pinching off the one line to the wastegate didn't have any effect unfortunately. I'm no expert by any means but it just seems like it has to be a problem around the turbos and exhaust. Bc of how it clears right up after 1400 rpm when under the most load, would seem a fuel issue or other would get worse as it tried to keep up. What is the other line going to behind the turbo from acv, I know one is exhaust brake I can see, but can't see other.

*when under the most load=even under the most load (loaded, up incline or as it may be)

The other is the sensing tube for the exhaust back pressure.
