Customer said the other day his four ways came on and dash lights went out and the speedometer and tach quit working. Shut the truck off and it would not crank. Called a mobile tech out and he got the truck to start with a bypass to starter solenoid. Then he found 5 blown fuses in the fuse box. Replaced those and everything is ok now but the gauges that monitor Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp etc. are froze in place.
I checked all the fuses again when he got here and only found one blown for his passenger window.
Could it be something other than the CECU?

Well apparently just the daisy chained gauges are not working. I started unplugging them from the end to beginning thinking maybe one gauge was bad but no change.

Disconnect all battery connections and wait 30 mins or overnight and see if they reset. Be sure to NOT have the ignition on during this process.
Smellfunny Thanks this. -

Sorry I didn't post. The driver had a box in his dash that was put in when he took out the ISX and had a Detroit 60 series swapped in. I believe that the people that did this did not wire something up and it came loose. He took it back to them and they said it was just a blown fuse but I had already checked all of the fuses and replaced a few. So I really don't have an answer.

It sounds like an issue with the cecu and the multiplex wiring system.
